Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers in separate raceways which allows the bearing to compensate for angular thrust errors. They have large radial and thrust load capacity for heavy shock and impact loads, making them suitable for heavy industrial equipment.

HTH 231.. series : 

231..-K, with tapered bore, taper 1:12. 

231..-K+H, with tapered bore and adapter sleeve. 

231..-K+AH, with tapered bore and withdrawal sleeve. 

231S...,  split spherical roller bearings, with inch size bearing bore.

231SM..., split spherical roller bearings.

Machined cage: 

① CC: It consists of two pressed steel cages, flangeless inner ring and guide ring centred on the inner ring, it adopts aymetrical spherical roller, which bear the larger load, longer life compared with CA. 

② CA: It consists of one piece of machined brass cage, one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring centered on the inner ring. The limit speed is higher and have a relatively small noise.

③  Split, machined-brass, land-riding, finger-type cage.

④ MB: It consists of two piece of machined brass cage, one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring centred on the inner ring. Its perfomance and characteristics are similar to CA, but load rating is lower.

2. Precision: ABEC-1(P0), ABEC-3(P6).

3. Standard clearance or customized clearance. 

4. Application: combined harvesting machine, air- blower, paper machine, textile machine, woodingworking machinery etc.

5. Packing: single box packing as other HTH bearing or industrial packing
